Wide range of vision inspection systems designed to monitor a specific production process to improve the overall quality and identify the causes of any possible defects of the products

Control and improve the products quality and the production process

SENSURE vision inspection systems continuously monitor the key product attributes before and after the different production process steps (forming, proofing, baking, frying, topping/decorating, packaging, etc.) to ensure every step is working at its best and reducing the waste due to incorrect production equipment operation. With SENSURE solutions it is also possible, if required, reject the non-compliant products using different type of sorting units depending on the specific product.

Examples of typical applications:

  • Shape, size and temperature measurements after forming/moulding
  • Full 3D profile definition and volume measurements before and after proofer
  • Shape, size and colour measurements after fryer and oven
  • Presence/Absence/Quantity of chocolate, cream, tomatoes, and other fillings after decorating and topping deposition units
  • Presence/Absence/Quantity of fruit and cheese after application units

Many other applications using SENSURE vision technologies.

The SENSURE software suite offers a wide set of modules which can provide real-time display and monitoring of measured values, customised reports and statistical analysis supporting the continuous improvement activities and the quality of the finished products.

The software is also able to:

  • Automatically generates warnings/alerts when the process parameters move outside the thresholds, identifying the causes of any possible defects in the product
  • Automatically adjusts in real time, based on the data collected, the settings of the upstream processing equipment

The collected data are stored in a SQL database, and they can be integrated with data coming from other control devices, equipment, raw materials, etc.

The data can also be used as input to any OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) or SPC (Statistical Process Control) third-party software.
